Lord Krishna’s city was submerged in the ocean thousands of years ago. Future devotees will now be able to visit this golden city. For that, the government will now run submarines under the sea. This submarine will be able to visit Dwarka city by going down 300 feet.

The government is working on several projects to increase religious tourism. After Kashi Vishwanath Corridor and Mahakal Lok Corridor, now government is planning to work on Dwarka Corridor. Under which a submarine project has been brought to see the original Dwarka city submerged in the sea. Under which the government has made an MOU with the government company Dock Yard Shipyard.

When will this service start?

According to reports, this ‘passenger submarine’ will be operated only by Mazagon Dock. A jetty will also be prepared for going to the sea, passengers can board the submarine from here. This service can be started from Janmashtami or Diwali. The submarine will descend 300 feet into the sea carrying passengers. This journey will take two hours. The announcement about this religious tourism will be made at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit.

How many people can be seated and how much fare:

The weight of the submarine for Dwarka darshan will be approximately 35 tons, this submarine will be fully air-conditioned. 30 people can sit together in it, only 24 passengers can have darshan. Because the other 6 people are members. Apart from this, the current fare in submarines has not been fixed. But it is being known.

Two drivers, a guide and a technician will also be on board.

The submarine will have window mirror sheets on all sides to provide an underwater view.
