3. State-level, district level, taluka level, and gram panchayats will have to celebrate Independence Day 2020 as given below. State Level
(1) The National Flag will be hoisted by the Hon'ble Chief Minister at the State Capital Gandhinagar (06:00 hrs); The national anthem will be played; Guards of Honor will be provided by the police including Para Military Force, Home Guard, NCC, Scouts, etc .; Will be inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister; The national anthem will be sung.
(2) Not to collect more people considering the epidemic of COVID 19. Standards like social distance, wearing masks, etc. have to be followed.
(3) Invite health workers who have served to prevent the epidemic of COVID-19, such as doctors, health workers, sanitation workers, etc., as well as those who have recovered from a severe situation against corona.
